きつねとたぬきのお月見うどん - Mid-Autumn Fest -
本日は中秋の名月。何年かぶりに、夕食に「きつねとたぬきのお月見うどん」を調理。
It is Otsukimi Night now. Otsukimi or Tsukimi literally mean enjoying the beautiful moon. It is Mid-Autamn Full Moon Fest in Japan. Anyone cook Otsukimi dish tonight. I cooked Otsukimi Udon. This bowl is Udon noodle in hot broth topped with a raw egg. In this bowl, the yolk of the egg imitates the full moon, the white of the egg imitates a cloud.
